• Manage all technical aspects during the distribution or projects of
Hikvision products;
• Provide products demo, service, maintenance, and upgrades for
customers;
• Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and
supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed;
• Provide product and solution training for customers and users;
• Responsible for project management and project delivery;
• Other job related to technical issues.
• Bachelor or above degree in electronics, telecommunications, or
information systems is preferred. Fluent in English.
• At least 2 years' experience in technical support, familiar with security
products;
• Solid knowledge and technical skills in electronics, telecommunications,
or information systems;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; customer service
skills and awareness.
