Job Description: Responsible for designing multimedia related requirements to maintain the day to day operations of the Training Team.

-Facility/Assets Maintenance

-Digital Asset Creation

-Training Logistics

-Training Facilitation and Delivery

- Training Evaluation


Qualifications:

- Must be a graduate of Human Resource Management/Behavioral Science of other related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!).

- Possess graphic design, typography, video, and multimedia skills.

- Proficient and updated in tools and applications relating to multimedia design e.g. Photoshop, Canva etc.

- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications

- Background in Marketing or Advertising a plus

- Detail-oriented organized

- Highly Trainable and can work under pressure

- Good interpersonal Skills

- Excellent communication and coordination Skills
