Job Summary:

We are looking for a temporary Recruiter specializing in volume hiring to support our recruitment ramp for customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can deliver quality hires within tight timelines. The position will be for a period of up to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume frontline roles.

  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates using structured interviews, online assessments, and screening tools.

  • Schedule and facilitate virtual and onsite interviews and recruitment events (e.g., job fairs, walk-ins).

  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and challenges.

  • Collaborate with onboarding and HR operations teams to ensure seamless new hire integration.

  • Support employer-branding efforts and participate in sourcing initiatives to expand candidate pipelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in high-volume BPO hiring.

  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Jobvite, etc.).

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.

  • Amenable to work on mid to night shift
