Immuni’s data-driven and creative Growth Marketer is expected to lead and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in both online and physical markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data — ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, rapid testing, and optimizing funnels for measurable results that ultimately culminate in regular sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid social, e-commerce, search, and other digital channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Lazada, Shopee, etc).
  • Own the growth funnel — from awareness and acquisition to activation and retention.
  • Design and run A/B tests to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, CTAs, and conversion flows.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Collaborations Lead to ensure aligned messaging and seamless user journeys.
  • Analyze and report on KPIs, ROI, CAC, LTV, and other critical growth metrics.
  • Identify new channels and growth opportunities through customer research and market trends.
  • Build and manage marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to stay ahead of trends.


Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy.
  • Strong grasp of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and campaign tracking tools (UTM, pixel setup).
  • Proficient in using A/B testing tools.
  • Comfortable working with data to drive decisions; experience with Excel or SQL is a plus.
  • Agile, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Nice to Have:

  • Creative background or experience working closely with design and branding
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
