1. Overseas Market Expansion and Customer Relationship Building

Responsible for the company's market expansion in overseas markets, identifying potential customers and establishing long-term stable cooperative relationships with them.

Have a thorough understanding of the market trends, technological developments, and customer needs in the target industry, and provide professional smart manufacturing digital transformation solutions for customers.


2. Sales Opportunity Identification and Business Negotiation

Actively seek and track sales leads, communicate with potential customers in-depth to understand their needs, and provide targeted solutions.

Participate in business negotiations to finalize contracts and ensure that contract terms are favorable to the company's interests and the improvement of customer satisfaction.


3. Order Management and Delivery Coordination

Responsible for the full tracking and management of overseas orders to ensure timely and quality completion.

Coordinate internal company resources, work closely with the R&D team, product department, etc., to ensure that products meet customer needs and handle various problems during project implementation.


4. Market Analysis and Competitor Research

Conduct regular market research and analysis of overseas markets to understand the product features, marketing strategies of competitors, etc., and provide strong support for the company's market strategy formulation.

Follow up on industry technological trends and introduce new technologies and products in a timely manner to enhance the company's competitiveness in overseas markets.


1. Education and Professional Background

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, automation, electronic information, or related fields. Have a strong interest in smart manufacturing, digital transformation, and other related fields, with a solid foundation of professional knowledge.


2. Work Experience-Required Competencies

At least 3 years of overseas sales experience, with sales experience in smart manufacturing, industrial automation, or related fields preferred. Familiar with the business processes, laws and regulations, and payment methods of overseas markets, with a risk-averse mindset.


3. Language Skills

Proficient in English, able to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English, able to handle English business emails and contracts. Have good cross-cultural communication skills and be able to adapt to different business habits and cultural differences in different countries and regions.


4. Sales Skills and Business Abilities

Have keen market insight and customer analysis skills, able to accurately grasp customer needs and market trends. Have good negotiation skills, able to flexibly deal with various business scenarios and negotiation challenges. Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, able to withstand work pressure, maintain a positive work attitude, and have good team spirit.


5. Industry Understanding and Adaptability

Have a deep understanding and knowledge of process industries or discrete industries or power industries, able to develop effective sales strategies based on the characteristics of these industries. Being able to adapt to the changes and uncertainties of the overseas market, and possessing the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new environments. 6.
