To be in charge of the technical and commercial clarification during both tender andselling phase
To provide expert advice (technical and commercial) to customers about optimizingtheir equipment, to actively
Travelling to visit potential customer to explain and demonstrate the adequate LCSproducts.
To implement regionally coordinated LCS sales strategies and action plans
To act according to the Krones LCS sales strategy
To document the sales figures in adequate reports and to act as a contact person for adhoc queries of the parent
Company as well as giving feedback to Krones AG about the situation of the customersand the market situation
To maintain the existing customer base, relationships with customers and to acquirenew customers.
To manage customer requirement and satisfy customer's need.
To transparently maintain the CRM System: appointments, opportunities, potentials, general client information
To performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Preferrable with Engineering Education background (Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical/Mechatronics)
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the Bottling, Filling and Packaging Lines within beverageindustry.
• 32-42 years old, basically based in Cebu handling both Visayas andMindanao customers
• Strong track record in selling capital equipment, technical sales, or industrial machinery.
• Having experience or knowing our Krones Line or similar is an advantage
• Understanding of beverage production processes (bottling, filling, labeling, packaging).
• Knowledge of automation, PLC systems, and industrial maintenance is advantage
• Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP, ISO 22000 for food andbeverage).
• Technical Sales & Consultative Selling – Ability to understand client needs and offertailored solutions.
• Business Development – Experience in identifying new market opportunities andexpanding sales networks.
• Project Management – Coordinating sales with engineering, production, and after-salessupport.
• Negotiation & Contract Management – Handling large-scale equipment deals and long-term contracts.
• CRM & ERP Systems – Proficiency in sales tracking and inventory management software.
• Result driven and highly motivated and has strategic thinking and ability in businessdevelopment, marketing/promotion and sales growth roles and responsibilities
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to explain complex machinery tonon-technical customers.
• Proficient in oral and written communication English, Tagalog and Visayan.
