We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist with 5 to 10 years of professional experience in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of digital marketing, brand positioning, content creation, analytics, and project management. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth through well-crafted marketing initiatives. This position is open to contractual, freelance, and project-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, events).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Development of strategic marketing plans and annual budgets.
- Stay current on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Generate leads and drive sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
- Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
