**Job Title:** Sales and Marketing Manager


**Department:** Sales & Marketing

**Reports to:** CEO / Managing Director

**Work Schedule:** Full-time

  • The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the company’s sales and marketing strategies. This role combines leadership, creativity, and strong **negotiation and client-handling skills** to increase revenue, grow market share, build strong client relationships, and elevate brand presence.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Lead the sales team in generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Set individual and team KPIs and monitor performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key accounts.
  • Handle high-value negotiations and client closing when necessary.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to support sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Oversee branding, content, advertising, and promotional efforts.
  • Ensure visibility of company products and services through digital and traditional platforms.


**Client Relationship Management**

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure excellent after-sales service and client satisfaction.

**Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.**


**Team Management**

  • Supervise and motivate the sales and marketing team.
  • Conduct training and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure collaboration between sales, marketing, and other departments.


**Reporting & Budgeting**

  • Prepare and monitor sales and marketing budgets.
  • Track ROI and report campaign and sales performance to the CEO.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in both sales and marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong background in **sales negotiation, client handling**, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.
  • Experience in B2B sales or trading companies is highly preferred.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP/CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of government bidding/transactions is a plus.
  • Fluency in Filipino and English, both written and verbal.
