1. Overseeing Local and Regional Sales:
• Manage local sales activities, promotions, and campaigns.
• Identify emerging markets to explore new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key existing clients.
2. Customer Relations:
• Handle and resolve customer complaints related to products or services. Serve as the
face of the organization to internal and external partners.
3. Sales Quotas and Goals:
• Meet sales quotas and goals
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in commercial real estate,
hospitality, or seat leasing.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Proven experience in sales strategy implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Results-oriented, resilient, and able to build strong client relationships.
