We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in the Web3 space. This role focuses on driving client acquisition, nurturing partnerships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate is self-driven, solutions-focused, and passionate about the blockchain industry.


Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.


Job Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through KOLs, outreach, events, partnerships, and online channels

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients

• Conduct market research and stay informed of industry developments and competitor activity

• Understand client needs and provide tailored product solutions to enhance engagement and retention

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver value to clients

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders

• Represent the company at events, conferences, and client meetings

• Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets

• Track, manage, and report on sales activities and pipeline progress


  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, client management, or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or in a team
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Interest in fintech, blockchain, Web3, or emerging tech is a plus
  • Proficiency in native language, Chinese and English (spoken and written); other languages are a bonus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events
