- Perform daily and monthly financial and accounting transactions using the general ledger system
- Manage and execute monthly analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information
- Assist in automating and streamlining internal and corporate reporting processes
- Deliver end-to-end finance activities within the Finance and Accounting Business Services group, including:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- General Accounting
Key Tasks:
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations
- Support treasury and cash management operations
- Assist with period-end and month-end close processes
- Execute standard monthly financial activities
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other accounting-related courses (strictly required)
- Minimum of 6 months solid experience in Finance/Accounting, specifically in Record to Report (R2R) or General Accounting processes, including:
- Transaction processing
- Period-end closing cycle
- Financial reporting
- Willing and able to work on-site (Full RTO) in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, or Taguig
- Open to working flexible shifts, including night and graveyard schedules
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
