JOB REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's degree

Atleast 1 years of in HR and administrative experience

Experience working for a PEZA recognized company is an advantage

Can start as soon as possible

Willing to work in Calamba Laguna

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supporting the HR Manager with recruitment, compensation administration, and policy development

Organizing orientation sessions and training programs for newly hired employees

Acting as a primary contact for staff, ensuring smooth communication and prompt responses to their questions

Coordinating and managing the HR department’s schedule

Making sure the organization adheres to labor and employment regulations

Performing additional administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned
