Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new project development.
  • Based on business requirements, analyze, design and implement requirements and write high-quality code.
  • Responsible for technical pre-research and technical difficulties, and to ensure the reliability of the system and scalability.
  • Responsible for solving technical problems, optimizing the system to ensure the performance and stability of the system and maintenance management to ensure safety.
  • Analyze and support production problems.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above and major in science and engineering and more than 2 years of full time DEX development experience.
  • Familiar with the operation mechanism of Solana and on-chain data analysis, possessing excellent on-chain data analysis, process handling and optimization capabilities.
  • Proficient in Rust, with core business experience in RUST development, multi-threading design and implementation capabilities, and clear and concise coding.
  • Experienced in core business development, such as Funds Management System, User Management System,Matching Engine etc.
  • Familiar with frame and technical stacks, such as Gin, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka.
  • Familiar with Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Balancer etc Dex products, and know basic principles and architecture of mainstream blockchain, public chains such as Ethereum, Solana and other EVM-compatible blockchains etc.
  • Experienced in Smart Contract development, such as solidity and capable of interacting with Smart Contract.
  • Collaborate with PM and developers to define and deliver new features.
  • Skilled in on-chain data parsing, data query and analysis.familiar with Web3 tools, such as Defillama and Dune.
  • Quick thinking, clear and rigorous communication, good problem analysis ability.
  • Excellent learning ability, love programming, strong logic and abstract thinking, good at thinking.
  • Great teamwork, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility and communication skills (both English and Mandarin), good sense of teamwork, and result oriented.


Plus points：

  • Familiar with Solana DeFi projects and have conducted research on core function development;
  • Fully participated in the core development experience of DEX, such as KMNO, JTO, JUP, INF, RAY, ORCA, etc.
