Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, XHS, and Google Ads.
- Track and improve ROAS, CAC, and cost per sale by product line (trade-in, refurbished, warranty).
- Coordinate with partners for co-marketing and retail activation campaigns.
- Build and maintain dashboards for campaign and sales performance (GA4, Looker Studio).
- Implement and automate WhatsApp and chatbot flows for lead nurturing, reactivation, and loyalty.
- Segment customers by purchase frequency and product type for personalized targeting.
- Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to align creative assets with campaign goals.
- Analyze campaign performance to guide creative testing and budget optimization.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in eCommerce or retail.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data into actionable strategy.
- Familiar with CRM or chatbot tools (ManyChat, WATI, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external partners.
- Willing to travel nationwide to support retail activations and partnerships.
