Responsibilities

• Customer support operations for Japanese KOLs on the exchange
• Planning and strategizing events targeted at KOLs

Qualifications

• Understanding of the blockchain industry and cryptocurrency exchanges
• Prior work experience at a cryptocurrency exchange
• Or experience working in the blockchain industry
• Ability to communicate in English or Chinese (reading and writing required; speaking is not mandatory)
