Job Summary
The Administrative Support Staff plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of both office operations and event activities. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about working in the events and media industry. You will assist in administrative processes, basic financial tasks, and event coordination support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and digital documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, memos)
- Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and internal arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and event-related documentation
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
- Provide general clerical support to internal teams
- Perform filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
- Perform other event-related administrative tasks as assigned
- Assist in organizing financial documents (receipts, invoices, vouchers)
- Support petty cash monitoring and basic expense tracking
- Help prepare and submit expense reports for office and event purposes
- Coordinate with finance/accounting teams for document requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work in the events and media industry
- Flexible to render overtime, and work on weekends or holidays as required during events
- Excellent organizational, multitasking skills, and attention to details
