Upscale is a Web3 prop trading platform built for the new generation of traders. We allow users to access funded trading accounts with a nominal value of up to $200,000, featuring transparent risk management, no KYC, and seamless Web3 integration. We are rethinking what prop trading should look like in the decentralized era, combining the best of traditional models with the speed, openness, and community of cryptocurrencies.


We are looking for a Growth Manager who will drive user acquisition and expand Upscale's presence in your target region (India, Latam, or SEA). You will work closely with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.


Your key tasks:

  1. Building and maintaining relationships with KOLs on social networks (X, YouTube, Telegram, etc.), trading communities, schools, and partner platforms
  2. Negotiating partnership terms and ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations
  3. Organizing and flawlessly executing advertising campaigns and activations
  4. Providing clear reports on performance, user growth, and ROI
  5. Continuously improving strategies based on data and feedback
  6. Participating in weekly growth team meetings
  7. Representing Upscale at local conferences, meetups, and industry events in your region


We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:


  • Required: Deep knowledge of the local Web3 and trading market in one of the target regions (India, Latam, SEA)
  • Required: Proven experience in driving user acquisition and volumes for Web3 or trading products
  • Required: English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Russian is not required
  • Required: Practical trading experience (personal or professional)
  1. Excellent organizational skills and willingness to travel within the region
  2. Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt quickly


Preferred background:

Experience in consumer crypto, GameFi, wallets, trading, or prop trading firms. Established connections with local projects and KOLs.
