Role Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for consumer-facing and enterprise products, including Web, mobile apps, and large-screen dashboards, ensuring consistent visual identity and continuous iteration.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to optimize user experience, align design decisions with business objectives, and drive product innovation.
- Own end-to-end interface design, including visual systems, interaction patterns, motion design, and design standards, ensuring high-quality final implementation.
- Define interaction logic and visual language for data-intensive, functionally complex enterprise systems, delivering clarity, efficiency, and usability at scale.
- Contribute to go-to-market materials, including presentations, brochures, and videos, in collaboration with product and pre-sales teams.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
- 3–5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, with a proven portfolio of end-to-end product design work.
- Strong foundation in design theory, user-centered design methods, and visual execution, with a keen awareness of design trends.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication skills, strong execution capability, attention to detail, and a high sense of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international or government-facing products.
- Understanding of localization and internationalization, with exposure to Middle East user experience and design preferences.
- Background in large-scale internet or platform-based companies.
