Web3 Advisor

Dreadmor is looking for a Web3 Advisor who understands the pulse of on-chain culture — not a corporate blockchain consultant, but a real degen who knows what moves crypto communities, what kills projects, and what makes tokens moon (or doom).

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic guidance on token-economics, on-chain mechanics, NFT utility, and game-reward structures.
• Help shape our long-term roadmap for sustainability, liquidity strategies, and community engagement.
• Evaluate partnerships, guild integrations, gaming platforms, launchpads, and ecosystem collaborations.
• Advise on communications, hype cycles, and the psychological meta of crypto communities.
• Act as a pulse-reader for market sentiment — knowing when to push, when to drop, when to hype, and when to stay silent.

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Live and breathe Web3: NFTs, GameFi, DeFi, DAOs, tokenomics.
• Have experience advising or contributing to Web3 projects, especially gaming ecosystems.
• Understand narrative building, community psychology, and market timing.
• Can explain complex token models clearly and help avoid economic pitfalls.
• Have strong networking connections across crypto Twitter, gaming KOLs, launchpads, and guilds.

Bonus XP:

• Prior involvement in successful token launches or NFT projects.
• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, etc.).
• Ability to identify red flags in token models or partnership pitches instantly.
