Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring
- Assist in manpower requisition processing and job posting on various platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants and Branch Manager.
- Prepare hiring documents such as job offers, employment contracts, and pre-employment requirements checklist
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring status report
Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain, update, and organize employee 201 files and personnel records
- Ensure completeness and proper filing of employment documents
- Prepare HR documents such as Certificates of Employment, clearances, memorandums, and notices
- Monitor submission and expiration of employee documents (IDs, medical, contracts, etc.)
- Ensure confidentiality and proper safekeeping of all HR records
Employee Relations
- Assist in handling employee concerns, inquiries, and basic HR-related issues
- Coordinate and document incidents, violations, and employee disciplinary cases
- Assist in the preparation of Notices to Explain (NTE), memos, and other administrative notices
- Support the implementation and communication of company policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, meetings, and company events
Reports & Administrative Support
- Prepare recruitment and HR-related reports and trackers
- Assist in audit preparation by ensuring HR files are complete and updated
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
- With or without experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Knowledge of basic HR functions is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
