We are looking for a high-trust, highly responsive Operations Manager to act as the execution arm of leadership.
This is not a coordination role and not a “wait-for-instructions” job.
When something is decided, you make it happen — end to end.
You will own people, tools, money flows, vendors, support quality, and internal execution across our fast-moving global SaaS company MusicGPT – The next Spotify.

What You Will Own
1. Recruiting & People Operations
- Own the entire hiring lifecycle: sourcing → screening → test tasks → interviews → onboarding
- Build and manage candidate pipelines
- Handle salary negotiations, bonuses, onboarding & offboarding
- Oversee time tracking, attendance, and contractor structure
- Improve and standardize hiring & onboarding processes
2. Vendor, Tools & Account Management
- Central ownership of all tools, subscriptions, platforms, and vendors
- Create and maintain clean oversight of accounts, logins, permissions
- Handle provider selection, sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations
- Manage operational compliance tasks when required
3. Customer Success & Public Image
- Own customer support quality and responsiveness
- Turn customer insights into real operational improvements
- Manage and improve Trustpilot, App Store, Reddit, public presence
- Build scalable support docs, processes, and automations
- Set the tone, standards, and structure for support
4. Finance & Money Flow Oversight
- Oversee invoices, payments, dashboards, bonuses
- Monitor money flows and spot inconsistencies or issuesHandle operational finance tasks end-to-end when needed
- Coordinate with leadership on approvals and exceptions
5. Execution & Ad-Hoc Projects
- Act as leadership’s execution arm
- Own high-priority, short-term initiatives
- Take ambiguous problems and solve them independently
- Examples:
- Handle annual filings end-to-end
- Set up new banking or resolve account restrictions
- Build standardized hiring pipelines
- Implement internal systems and SOPs

- “Annual filing is due — handle everything end-to-end.”
- “Transaction declined due to spending limit — log in and fix it.”
- “We need a new provider for debit cards — research, sign up, implement.”
- “Hire a marketer — post jobs, screen, interview, hire.”
- “Improve Trustpilot reviews — build process and execute.”
- “Build internal Notion guides and automation systems.”

- Strong background in Operations / Support / Hiring (SaaS or E-commerce)

- Experience with Notion, tools, dashboards, and internal systems
