The Role: 

We're seeking a sharp, proactive, and professional freelance recruiter to manage high-volume candidate sourcing and screening for technical and non-technical roles. You'll be the first point of contact for potential candidates, representing Ironclad Ledger with poise, clarity, and enthusiasm.

This is a contract position with payment made weekly based on the number of qualified interviews you conduct. The more effectively you source and screen, the more you earn.

What You'll Do:

•   Partner with our hiring managers to understand role requirements.
•   Source active and passive candidates through various channels.
•   Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video call.
•   Assess candidates for role fit, skills, and English communication.

Who You Are (Must-Haves):

•   Exceptional English Fluency: Your spoken and written English is more than "advanced"—it's polished, professional, and persuasive.
•   Proven Recruitment Experience: You have a track record of sourcing and screening candidates, ideally in tech or fast-paced environments.
•   Independent & Organized: You thrive as a remote freelancer, managing your time and pipeline efficiently to meet weekly targets.
•   Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with recruitment tools, video calls, and learning about our tech.
•   A Great First Impression: You are articulate, engaging, and can compellingly represent our company's vision.

Nice to Have:

•   Experience recruiting for blockchain, fintech, security, or software roles.
•   Existing network of tech talent.
