Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Business Development Managers.
  • Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, reports, and other sales materials.
  • Support follow-ups with clients, tracking inquiries, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Update and manage customer databases, sales trackers, and CRM systems.

Order Management

  • Facilitate processing of client orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and finance departments to fulfill and monitor order status.
  • Track deliveries and coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.

Merchandiser Monitoring

  • Coordinate and monitor activities of promo merchandisers in assigned locations.
  • Consolidate daily/weekly reports and provide updates to the Business Development Managers.
  • Ensure promo plans are implemented correctly and consistently across locations.

Administrative Tasks

  • Assist with documentation such as contracts, promo permits, and expense reports.
  • Help organize internal meetings, team coordination, and field visits when required.

Market Intelligence

  • Assist in gathering market and competitor insights for strategic planning.
  • Support data collection and analytics to evaluate campaign and promo effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a business development, sales support, or coordination role.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge in CRM systems is a plus.
  • Must be proactive, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • May require occasional fieldwork or travel to monitor activations or visit clients.
