Senior Business Analyst (with Project Management experience)

Job description:

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, managing organizational change, and leading projects that drive efficiency and growth within Golden Acres Food Service Corporation. With 5–7 years of proven experience in supply chain, project management, and change management, the Senior Business Analyst ensures that operational improvements are identified, implemented, and sustained. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and ownership to support the company’s professionalization journey and strategic expansion.

Business and Supply Chain Analysis

• Assess and analyze supply chain processes (procurement, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and retail).
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks within operations and recommend practical solutions.
• Elicit business requirements, document processes, and develop process improvement roadmaps.
• Develop business requirements, documentation, and improvement roadmaps.
• Prepare and present data-driven insights and reports to management.
• Support strategic planning through scenario modeling and forecasting.
• Provide recommendations for technology and system enhancements that support supply chain efficiency.

Project Management

• Lead multiple projects from initiation to execution, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
• Develop project charters, plans, and milestones to guide delivery.
• Track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Finance.

Change Management and Continous Improvement

• Lead change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Conduct stakeholder communications, workshops, and training to build awareness and support.
• Monitor change effectiveness and adjust approaches as needed.
• Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation in daily operations.
