Position: Warehouse Customer Service Representative

Salary: Php18,000 – Php25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
At least 1 year of customer service experience within warehouse or logistics operations.
experience working in a customer-focused distribution environment
Willing to work fully on-site
Available to start work immediately
Job Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries and process orders via phone and email
Provide updates on inventory, shipment status, and delivery schedules
Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for timely order dispatch
Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and system records
Follow up on orders and assist in resolving delivery or customer issues
