Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 100,000
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or any related field; MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or CX domain.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Genesys AI solutions, with proven ability to drive end-to-end digital transformation initiatives.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.

- Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders.
- Develop and define customer service transformation strategies.
- Lead and drive digital initiatives across platforms and processes.
- Implement AI-driven and automation-enabled CX solutions.
- Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with business goals and customer experience objectives.
