Web Developer Intern

This role is based in our offices in Makati City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic understanding of how APIs work.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using the Laravel framework.
• Collaborate with the front-end development team to understand their requirements and provide API solutions.
• Work on API documentation, ensuring clear and concise explanations of API endpoints.
• Utilize version control systems, primarily Git and GitHub, for code management and collaboration.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman to ensure reliability and performance.
• Write clean and maintainable code, following Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues to maintain the quality and stability of APIs.

Qualifications:

• Experience with programming using PHP and Laravel.
• Fundamental knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Knowledge of HTTP requests, REST API development, and overall API development.
• Familiarity with API documentation practices to ensure clarity for consumers.
• Familiarity in using Postman for API testing and validation.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems, especially Git and GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for learning and a strong desire to grow as a developer.
