UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our e-commerce school suite applications. You should be able to translate user needs and business requirements into seamless digital experiences that enhance usability and engagement.

Key Duties & Accountabilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Ensure consistency in design across all screens, devices, and platforms.
• Maintain and improve design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
• Identify and solve UX problems, focusing on enhancing user satisfaction.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in design.
• Provide design documentation and specifications for development teams.

Minimum Hiring Requirements

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Minimum of 2 years continuous experience. 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and human-centered design.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
