Training Specialist

Qualifications:

Proven experience in training, retail, or telco/gadget sales

Strong knowledge of smartphones, gadgets, and mobile accessories

Familiarity with major brands such as Apple, Samsung, OPPO, Huawei

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Able to train, motivate, and coach store employees effectively

Willing to travel to different store locations if required

Experience as a Trainer, Sales Coach, or Retail Supervisor is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Conduct product and sales training for store staff handling gadgets and accessories

Train employees on brand knowledge, product features, and comparisons

Provide sales techniques training to improve customer engagement and conversion

Ensure staff are updated on new product launches, promos, and store standards

Evaluate employee performance and recommend improvement plans

Create training materials, guides, and assessments as needed

Coordinate with management to align training goals with store targets
