Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and driven Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending top-tier healthcare professionals for placement with our clients. You will serve as a bridge between clinicians and healthcare organizations, ensuring the right talent matches the right opportunities — quickly and compliantly. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Source, engage, and qualify clinical professionals (physicians, nurses, therapists, etc.) for client-specific roles.
  • Navigate job boards, social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and industry networks to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for client and organizational needs.
  • Coordinate with credentialing, onboarding, and HR teams to ensure smooth placement and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate data.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clinicians and client stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a background in the Clinical field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, relationship management, or recruitment — especially in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Proficient in navigating job boards and professional social networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including data entry, data processing, communication tools.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
