As an Implementation and Support Associate, you’ll be the go-to person after the sales process, ensuring smooth system usage, training end-users (school personnel, teachers, students), and diagnosing issues with the support of your counterpart in India.
Qualification
- Graduate of BS Computer Science or related courses
- Above-average English communication skills
- A natural “people person” with leadership skills and critical thinking abilities
- Willing to travel
- Willing to be relocated (if residing outside NCR)
- Welcome - especially those with school projects related to ERP or SIS systems
