Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the executive. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support project management, follow up on key action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Organize and manage office documentation, filing systems, and records.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive office.
- Willing to do field works.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Political Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive as required for executive errands or meetings.
- Multilingual ability is a plus.
