Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Website Support Specialist to join our team in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year and 6 months of relevant experience in website support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role involves providing technical assistance, resolving website-related issues, and ensuring optimal website performance.

Qualifications

• College Graduate (IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year and 6 months relevant experience in IT Website Support
• Experience with website troubleshooting, maintenance, and backend support
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
• Amenable to shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for website-related concerns
• Monitor website functionality and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
• Perform routine website updates and maintenance tasks
• Ensure website security and data integrity
• Document technical processes and resolutions
