Training Specialist

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in training, retail, or telco/gadget sales
• Strong knowledge of smartphones, gadgets, and mobile accessories
• Familiarity with major brands such as Apple, Samsung, OPPO, Huawei
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to train, motivate, and coach store employees effectively
• Willing to travel to different store locations if required
• Experience as a Trainer, Sales Coach, or Retail Supervisor is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product and sales training for store staff handling gadgets and accessories
• Train employees on brand knowledge, product features, and comparisons
• Provide sales techniques training to improve customer engagement and conversion
• Ensure staff are updated on new product launches, promos, and store standards
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend improvement plans
• Create training materials, guides, and assessments as needed
• Coordinate with management to align training goals with store targets.
