Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators aligned with the company’s brand and target market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOL partners.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, rates, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, content guidelines, and posting schedules.
- Monitor KOL content to ensure brand compliance and quality standards.
- Track campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
- Prepare campaign reports and performance analysis.
- Handle contracts, documentation, and payment coordination.
- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor influencer activities.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to align campaign objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
