Social Campaign & Influencer Marketing Specialist at Toobit

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Campaign, Community & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role will focus on managing and executing social campaigns across platforms like Taskon, Galxe, Gleam, and more. The ideal candidate will also bring expertise in Reddit, Discord, and Telegram bot management, as well as KOL/Influencer marketing to drive brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
Plan and execute growth-driven social campaigns using platforms such as Taskon, Galxe, Gleam, Zealy, and others.
Create and optimize engaging content that resonates with crypto audiences, driving user acquisition and retention.
Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from concept to execution, ensuring all KPIs and objectives are met.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize impact.
Community Engagement & Management:
Build, grow, and maintain active communities on Reddit, Discord, and Telegram through creative and impactful engagement strategies.
Engage with community members daily, responding to questions, organizing discussions, and providing value to the community.
Manage and troubleshoot Telegram and Discord bots to ensure a smooth user experience and community engagement.
Foster a positive and engaged community culture, ensuring members feel heard, appreciated, and involved.
KOL/Influencer Marketing:
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to promote Toobit across multiple channels (Reddit, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Identify and recruit relevant KOLs/influencers in the crypto and Web3 space to expand Toobit’s reach.
Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand goals and campaign objectives.
Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI.
Social Media & Community Growth:
Plan and execute campaigns that increase engagement, visibility, and community growth across all relevant social platforms.
Leverage KOL and influencer networks to amplify Toobit’s messaging and drive adoption.
Identify and collaborate with potential partners to increase brand exposure and reach within crypto communities.
Bot Management & Automation:
Set up, manage, and optimize Telegram and Discord bots to improve efficiency and engagement within the community.
Ensure bots are up-to-date, functional, and serve the community’s needs while enhancing user experience.
Address and resolve any bot-related issues promptly.
Reporting & Analytics:
Monitor and analyze key metrics from campaigns and community engagement to adjust and improve strategies.
Provide detailed reports on campaign success, influencer marketing performance, and community growth.
Work closely with internal teams to incorporate feedback and optimize future campaigns and engagement efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing social campaigns on platforms like Taskon, Galxe, Gleam, with an emphasis on Reddit, Discord, and Telegram.
Expertise in Reddit, Discord, Telegram community management and bot optimization.
Strong background in KOL/Influencer marketing, with a track record of working with crypto and Web3 influencers.
In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, including trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate online communities.
Proficiency in social media analytics and community tracking tools.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Creative, results-driven with a focus on building relationships and engaging the community.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in the crypto or blockchain industry.
Familiarity with campaign management tools like Taskon, Galxe, and Gleam and Zealy.
Experience in content creation, video editing, or graphic design.
Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and tools.
Public speaking and presentation skills are a plus.
