Job Requirements
Able to communicate in English or Malay or Mandarin or Cantonese. And able to travel to work daily (public transport or own transport) working from Mondays to Fridays (9am to 6pm). No minimum education required, as long as able to use Microsoft Word/Excel, or has computer skill/knowledge in general and has attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Keeping up to date on purchased products' statements.
- Creating and checking invoices (purchases and sales).
- Communicate with supervisor/manager on administrative issues (i.e. invoice statements errors, invoicing errors etc.)
- Documenting purchases and sales invoices.
- Assist in solving invoices or delivery errors.
- Helping in any area of the company when circumstances dictate.
