海外市场运营（Overseas Marketing / Community Manager）

一、岗位职责

1、负责 海外市场的整体运营工作，包括品牌内容输出、社区维护及用户互动。

2、独立完成英文内容的撰写与编辑，包括社交媒体文案、项目公告、活动说明及推广内容。

3、负责海外社交媒体平台的日常运营与增长，重点包括 Twitter、Discord 等，制定并执行内容发布计划，提升品牌在海外加密社区中的认知度与影响力。

4、参与海外社区（如 Discord、Telegram）的搭建与管理，维护核心用户关系，收集并整理用户反馈。

5、配合市场活动（线上 Campaign、空投、任务平台活动等）的策划与执行，推动用户参与和转化。

6、持续关注海外市场及加密行业动态，输出基础市场洞察，为市场策略提供支持。

二、任职要求

1、英语能力优秀，接近或达到 Native 水平，可作为工作语言；具备中英文双语书写与沟通能力。

2、具备扎实的英文文案能力，能够独立完成海外市场相关内容输出。

3、有海外留学或长期海外生活背景者优先。

4、熟悉海外主流社交媒体及社区平台，包括 Twitter、Discord（了解 Telegram、Reddit 等平台者加分）。

5、具备良好的执行力、自驱力和沟通能力，能够在快速变化的环境中高效推进工作。

Overseas Marketing / Community Manager

NO.1 Responsibilities

1.Manage overseas marketing operations, including brand content creation, community management, and user engagement.

2.Independently write and edit English content, including social media copy, project announcements, campaign descriptions, and promotional materials.

3.Operate and grow overseas social media channels, especially Twitter and Discord, by planning and executing content strategies to increase brand visibility in the global crypto community.

4.Build and manage overseas communities (such as Discord and Telegram), maintain relationships with core users, and collect user feedback.

5.Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including online campaigns, airdrops, and task-based activities.

6.Monitor overseas market trends and crypto industry developments, providing insights to support marketing strategy and execution.

NO.2 Requirements

1.Excellent English proficiency, native or near-native level, able to use English as a working language; bilingual in Chinese and English.

2.Strong English copywriting skills with the ability to independently produce content for overseas markets.

3.Overseas study or long-term living experience is a plus.

4.Familiar with major overseas social media and community platforms, including Twitter and Discord (experience with Telegram or Reddit is a plus).

5.Strong execution skills, self-motivation, and communication ability; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
