Job Desk:
- Identify and acquire new corporate accounts for security and automation solutions.
- Develop and present customized technical proposals to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with property developers and contractors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Technical field.
- Required Experience: Solid track record in B2B Business Development specifically for security tech or building systems.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in "Solution Selling."
- Previous experience in the security solutions industry is a major advantage.
