Position: HR Assistant
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager
Job Summary:
The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role assists in recruitment, employee records management, payroll documentation, and other HR-related tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job openings on recruitment platforms and social media
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates
Coordinate with applicants and hiring managers regarding interview schedules
Assist in the onboarding process of newly hired employees
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records and HR files
Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, and notices
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation
Payroll Assistance
Assist in gathering and verifying payroll data such as attendance and overtime records
Coordinate payroll-related documents with the HR Manager or Accounting department
General HR Support
Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR concerns
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
With or without HR experience
Good communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of basic HR functions is an advantage
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information
