JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree holder
At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Tax and Admin.
Willing to work in Makati
Amendable to attend a face to face interviews.
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and examine documents submitted by clients to ensure that all information is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
Verify and evaluate financial records, including payroll reports, financial statements, tax returns, and other related documents.
Perform general administrative duties such as organizing and maintaining files, updating records, and preparing necessary documentation.
Coordinate and process payments, settlements, and financial transactions with external partners and Japanese subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Provide administrative and accounting support for day‑to‑day operations and assist in monitoring financial documentation.
Carry out additional tasks or special assignments as required by supervisors or management while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
