MuleSoft Developer – Qualifications and Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and building integrations using Anypoint Studio
- Solid understanding of API-led connectivity and implementation of Experience, Process, and System APIs
- Proficient in DataWeave 2.0 for complex data transformation and mapping
- Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services
- Familiar with API Manager and applying basic API policies (security, rate limiting)
- Experience deploying applications to CloudHub or on-prem Mule runtimes
- Knowledge of common integration patterns, error handling, logging, and performance tuning
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, databases, messaging systems like Kafka/JMS)
- Understanding of API security concepts (OAuth2, JWT, TLS)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub)
- Ability to work closely with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good documentation practices and ability to contribute to technical design discussions
