We are looking for a Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer who goes beyond basic CRUD development. This role is ideal for someone who can build, ship, and maintain production-level systems, while also being curious and adaptable to AI-driven technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and ship features independently across backend and frontend

• Maintain and improve existing production systems

• Design and extend APIs with scalable architecture

• Collaborate on integrating AI-powered features (e.g., chatbots, data insights)

• Debug and resolve real-world production issues

• Work with existing and sometimes complex/legacy codebases

• Continuously improve UI/UX without disrupting current functionality

Technical Requirements

1. Backend Development (Primary Strength)

• Strong experience in PHP (Laravel)

o Complex Eloquent relationships

o Queues (Redis, Horizon)

o REST API design (GraphQL is a plus)

o Clean architecture / service-layer approach

• Basic to intermediate Node.js (NestJS preferred)

o Understanding of microservices

o Ability to build small services or integrations

• Database experience:

o Strong in PostgreSQL

o Familiarity with analytics databases (e.g., ClickHouse is a plus)

• Basic Python knowledge for data handling and AI-related tasks

Expectation: Able to debug and resolve backend production issues—not just build endpoints.

Frontend Development

• Proficient in ReactJS + TypeScript

• Experience with state management (Zustand, Redux, or React Query)

• Strong component architecture (clean, maintainable code)

• Experience integrating APIs efficiently

• Familiar with TailwindCSS

Expectation: Able to improve and extend existing UI without breaking functionality.

AI-Ready Mindset (Highly Important)

• Understanding of:

o LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, or similar)

o RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts

o Prompt engineering basics

• Comfortable working with:

o AI APIs

o Basic Python scripts

DevOps & System Awareness

• Basic Linux knowledge

• Understanding of:

o Queues and caching (Redis)

o Environment configuration

o Log debugging

• Familiarity with:

o Docker (preferred)

o CI/CD pipelines (basic knowledge)

Expectation: Able to run, test, and debug services locally.
