Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or administrative/data encoding roles; fresh graduates with relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in PR to PO conversion, reporting, and delivery monitoring with strong attention to accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of invoice, goods receipt, and payment reconciliation.
• Exposure to supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract documentation support.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Conversion of Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) including all the necessary
• checks and balances that will be performed.
• Daily Reporting of converted and unconverted PRs
• Daily monitoring and reporting of delivery status
• Reconciliation of issues on payment concerns (ie. Invoice issues, goods receipts, and process
• based issues.)
• Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation
• Request Proposals & Quotations.
• Negotiate Contract Pricing & Finalize Terms & Conditions.
• Support on transactional activities related to catalogue uploads / documentation, vendor
• accreditation, tabulation of offers, etc.
