Job Title: HR/Admin Staff

Job Summary:

The HR/Admin Staff is responsible for providing administrative support and assisting in daily office operations. This role also includes welcoming guests, supporting executives, and ensuring a professional and organized office environment. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain experience in administrative and office support functions.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling documentation
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and coordinate replenishment
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative needs

Guest & Front Desk Support:

  • Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer inquiries and direct guests to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain a presentable and accommodating reception/office area

Executive Support:

  • Assist executives with daily administrative requirements
  • Help in managing schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HRDM, or any related course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

With or without experience in administrative or office support roles

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to learn and able to multitask
