Core Job Responsibilities
1. Activity System Configuration and Execution Support (Core)
- Use the company's activity system to complete activity configuration and parameter entry (e.g., registration requirements, reward rules, award thresholds, cycle parameters, etc.).
- Assist in configuring newbie activities, trading competitions, simulation competitions, and daily operational activities (check-in, task-based, incentive-based).
2. Product Documentation and Configuration Support
- Assist in compiling activity configuration guidelines, parameter definition documents, basic PRDs, and configuration manuals; transform complex business rules into clear, actionable configuration steps.
- Collaborate with product managers to conduct cross-departmental communication (liaising with operations, technology, and risk control teams).
- Complete configuration review and testing according to product plans to ensure logical correctness and no obvious configuration risks.
3. Data and Issue Follow-up (Execution-Oriented)
- Track basic performance data after activity launch.
- Assist in locating configuration errors, rule misunderstandings, and user feedback issues, and output simple analysis conclusions to provide reference for product manager decision-making.
Job Requirements (Required)
- Bachelor's degree or above (mathematics, engineering, computer science, business, or STEM majors preferred).
- Strong numerical sense and logical thinking ability.
- Proficient in Excel (must master basic functions and conditional statements).
- English as a working language; able to adapt to an all-English work environment; fluent in Chinese communication (speaking, listening, reading, and writing); able to collaborate across teams in Chinese.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with excellent communication and coordination skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
