Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Onsite | Iloilo City)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Iloilo City (Onsite). This role serves as a technical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that complex business requirements are translated into actionable technical solutions within an Agile framework. The ideal candidate has a strong “bridge-builder” mindset and can align product development, APIs, and web platforms with organizational strategy and OKRs while overseeing the full lifecycle of product features—from discovery to high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the requirements lifecycle, including gathering, documenting, and grooming requirements through workshops and process mapping sessions.
- Align product roadmaps with platform strategies and organizational objectives to ensure business value and strategic impact.
- Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives to maintain clear development goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Marketing, and Data Science to coordinate assets and drive product improvements.
- Provide cross-functional leadership, occasionally performing Scrum Master or Product Owner responsibilities to maintain team momentum.
- Support solution design, working closely with UI/UX and technical teams while overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and root cause analysis.
- Conduct data-driven analysis using performance metrics and database queries (SQL Studio) to support product decisions and change requests.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and maintain documentation, training manuals, and reference materials in Confluence and Basecamp.
Minimum Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong background in e-commerce platforms (B2B, B2C, C2C), API-focused development, and healthcare or Medicare-related platforms.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, value stream mapping, and modernization of legacy workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL Studio, Confluence, Basecamp, and other project management or documentation tools.
- Experience working with IVR systems or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
