Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting for customer agreements, rebates, and marketing funds
- Process and validate invoices, credit memos, and debit memos in line with company policies
- Prepare and review accruals and provisions, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end close activities including journal entries and reporting
- Monitor and manage aged balances, supporting dispute resolution and collections
- Maintain proper documentation and contract records for audit and compliance purposes
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX requirements
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams on agreement validation and financial impact
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial accounting, customer agreements, rebates, or incentives
- Strong understanding of accruals, reconciliations, and general ledger processes, as well as AR-related activities and dispute management
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Advanced Excel skills
