Senior Finance Manager (CPA)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements for multiple brands. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes while conducting deep-dive variance analysis to explain performance trends.
• Spearhead the annual budget process and update financial forecasts in collaboration with operations to reflect changing market conditions.
• Maximize liquidity and optimize returns on surplus funds. Monitor AR/AP and inventory levels to minimize financial risk and optimize working capital.
• Ensure strict adherence to Philippine tax laws and financial regulations. Lead internal and external audits and maintain robust controls to safeguard company assets.
• Analyze COGS, labor, and overhead structures to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop KPIs that drive restaurant-level profitability.
• Lead and develop the finance team, enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring accuracy across all financial tools.
• Provide financial modeling and insights for new store openings, capital expenditures, and strategic menu pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strictly required.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the F&B, Retail, or Shared Services industries.
• Expert knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS), tax regulations, and internal control frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost-control strategies.
• Exceptional team management skills with a track record of mentoring finance professionals and collaborating with cross-functional executive teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies.
