The Business Development Supervisor drives company growth by leading business development initiatives, expanding market opportunities, and managing strategic partnerships. This role collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure consistent lead generation, strong client relationships, and effective execution of growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to maintain a strong pipeline
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities and prepare feasibility studies


Client & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Manage client meetings, negotiations, and industry engagements
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, proposals, and contract renewals


Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead, mentor, and manage Business Development team members
  • Set performance targets and monitor KPIs
  • Conduct coaching sessions and performance evaluations
  • Assign tasks and ensure alignment with strategic goals


Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Support development and execution of growth strategies
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and partnerships
  • Lead preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
  • Provide insights to enhance market positioning and competitiveness


Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal on pricing and contracts
  • Ensure alignment of BD initiatives with internal processes


Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare regular performance and pipeline reports
  • Track key metrics (lead conversion, revenue impact, growth trends)
  • Identify performance gaps and implement improvements
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation


Administrative & Operational Support

  • Oversee preparation of contracts, MOUs, and proposals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and BD activities
  • Monitor budgets for events, travel, and initiatives


Special Projects & Representation

  • Lead or support strategic projects and initiatives
  • Represent the company in events, conferences, and roadshows
  • Explore innovative approaches to strengthen business development


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate accounts
  • Strong background in market expansion and strategic planning
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services, forex, or related industries
  • Strong network of industry contacts and stakeholders
  • Skilled in creating proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
  • Experience handling high-level negotiations and partnerships
